I did go hunting for Think Pink. And there are lots of cute things in that hunt, really. It’s just that pink was never my favorite color, RL or SL. So I decided that one pink look for this post will do. But don’t hate me, I also have a blue look that is very pretty :p Plus, there will be more pink hunt items on my blog, cause there are other items that I liked… and found

Yesterday I was one of 10 candidates to the Miss Brazil 2010 audition. The theme was Gala and I passed the entire day wondering.. what dress should I wear to impress. I look for it in many stores but one dress got all my attention, this gorgeous and glamorous dress from AZUL. Slayer is an American heavy metal band from Huntington Park, California, formed in 1981. The band was founded by guitarists Jeff Hanneman and Kerry King. Slayer rose to fame as one of the leaders of the American thrash metal movement with their 1986 release, Reign in Blood, which has been called „the heaviest album of all time“ by Kerrang!. Em um profundo momento de reflexão ^^ lol..uma historinha “infantil”… que cada um reflita para si a moral da historinha

“…Era uma vez um grande formigueiro. Com mais de 600 mil formigas. Um belo dia houve eleição. Escolheram como candidato um formigão alto, que já tinha experiência no legislativo de um formigueiro menor. Mas, quando começou a campanha política, muitas formigas que estavam próximas ao comando central resolveram dar palpite. Aconteceu uma grande briga. Daí importaram formigões marqueteiros da capital e decidiram mudar a equipe de trabalho. Somente dois formigões permaneceram, por decisão do candidato formigão, aquele alto.

Acontece que uma dessas formigas tinha habilidade e havia trabalhado em formigueiros distantes, fazendo campanhas políticas. Assim, foi solicitada para usar sua experiência em outros formigueiros da vizinhança, afim de trabalhar para partidos diferentes. Como dinheiro não tem cor, raça, religião, topou a parada. O formigão alto foi eleito, mas na festa comemorativa outros quatro candidatos de formigueiros diferentes também foram vitoriosos, conforme o rádio anunciara. Diante de todas formigas, a marqueteira gritou: “Oba, ganhamos mais uma”!

It was very clear from early days that I am a geek, a nerd and that I am proud of it. I loved Sci-Fi, especially Star Trek, since the first time I saw it at the age of 6. I loved museums, exhibitions and the buzz of excitement at the sight of all those historic pictures and figures, not to forget how my eyes gleamed when I saw a huge dinosaur skeleton for the first time, or a double helix..

I found that rather normal that my Dad taught me everything that he knew about computers and I soaked it in like a sponge, helped him programming stuff for the first time when I was 7 and that I built my first own computer without help at the age of 14. And wow I loved biology in school and always have been sad I did not understand physics because it was a tad too mathematic for my brain. *lol*
